A workflow for cell-based assays is presented for a hypoxia induced HIF factor analysis, real-time cytotoxicity assay, and for growth monitoring of microaerophilic organisms. Using Tecan´s  new CNS software, you can now check on a mobile device if your Infinite plate reader is performing a measurement, and you can even keep track of the O2 and CO2 concentrations within the reader.
