Call for Oral and Poster Session Abstracts

The 5th Scientific Conference of Animal Wealth Research October 1-3 – 2012 ,Cairo, Egypt
The conference will take place over 3 days, and will be focusing on the conference topics. Welcome all interested in

The Conference will consist of invited oral presentations, oral presentations and poster presentations selected from abstracts.
We are now accepting applications for oral and poster presentations.
Authors will be notified of the selection results.
Submissions for full papers instructions
should include an abstracts of no more than 300 words with key words
Written in Times new roman size 12
It must Include its:
Category name
Title
Author name
Position
Affiliation
Email
and all written in bold 14 Times new roman.

Poster instructions:
Poster Size ( 200 cm length x 80 cm width)
On your posters, please include:

Authors – denote presenting author with *
A reception to view and discuss posters will be held during the first day of the conference.

Now, You can share an oral or a poster presentation in our conference without the need for Traveling to Egypt

* You can send your abstract & full paper beside your oral presentation video (max 10 mins duration) or your poster presentation design to be presented in the poster conference hall and we will print your poster and hang it in the posters area.
* You will receive the certificate and a hard copy of the conference booklet by DHL, Fedex, or TNT after the conference within 20 days.
* The Fees you need to pay will be as follows:

200 Euro For Foreigners
350 EGP For Egyptians inside Egypt in other governments
350 EGP For Egyptian outside Egypt but they will pay the shipping price

* Deadline to send abstracts is 31st May,2012
* Deadline to send fees is 30th June, 2012
* Deadline to send Your video oral presentation or poster design is 15 July, 2012

* For those who will attend the conference live:
The conference will be held in conference hall of faculty of agriculture– Cairo University in Giza, Egypt.
Conference place has unique location, very near from the great Pyramids, surrounded with farms and green grace peaceful.
Notice:
The registration fees do not support any travelling or accommodation to the attendees.
The organizing company can try to arrange accommodation in some hotels at the expense of the attendee upon his request so as to try to get you suitable offers.
Certificates and Awards
1- All participants will receive certificate of attendance.
2- The Best oral presentation and the Best Poster shell receive a certificate of recognition beside a certificate of attendance.
3- The accepted abstracts will be published for free in conference book of abstracts 1000 copy
4-The accepted abstracts will be published for free in the conference website for 3 years .
5- The accepted full papers will be published for free in CABI international web sites
