The LightCycler®Control Kit RNA includes cytokine RNA as the control template, control primers, HybProbe probes, and PCR-grade water for performing RT-PCR using the LightCycler® Carousel-Based System Instruments. It is designed as a control to confirm RT-PCR-system performance using the LightCycler® Carousel-Based System Instruments.
