The World Drug Manufacturing Summit brings together the leading drug manufacturing professionals from across the globe to examine the latest technological developments and strategic advancements affecting the industry. Amongst other topics the pharma manufacturing agenda covers Operational Excellence, QBD, cost effective manufacturing strategies, facility management and IT in manufacturing.

The increasing competition from generics has only added to the immense pressure the industry is under. Companies are responding to the pressure by focussing more than ever on achieving excellence in manufacturing. This will be a central focus to this year’s summit. Based on industry case studies, the programme will analyse how each stage of the manufacturing process can be improved to overcome these challenges.
