This presentation by Alan Sabirsh from AstraZeneca demonstrates how to perform assays involving living neuronal cells both from cell lines and primary cultures using the ImageXpress® Micro (equipped with environmental control and liquid handling) and MetaXpress® Analysis Software. The methodologies discussed will be of interest to anyone working with living cells.
