Bariatric Centers Executive Leadership Conference

08 Nov 2012 - 09 Nov 2012 - The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers, Boston, MA

Bookmark and Share

Playing an Increasingly important role in healthcare, bariatric medical and surgical centers offer effective treatments for obesity and co-morbidities. These centers enable providers to meet a growing area of patient demand and need in addition to working across departments to treat the whole individual. Bariatric centers offer hospitals an important revenue source and growth opportunity for those that are able to most effectively satisfy patients in this rapidly growing healthcare segment.

Leading a bariatric weight loss center is a complicated task and missteps often prove costly. Multiple payers must be navigated, long engagement periods prior to surgery must be managed, fragmented hospital networks must be overcome, cost must be controlled, quality must be assured and physician alignment must be carefully considered. All this while providing services in a highly competitive landscape in a changing world requires leaders to never lose focus and continually seek improvements. If any area is mismanaged the effects could reverberate across the entire bariatric center and devastate the bottom line.

The only event focusing on the business and administrative needs of service providers, the Bariatric Centers Executive Leadership Conference provides tools required to improve bariatric service provider performance. Hear from bariatric leaders as they detail real world case studies of navigating complex business challenges while developing relationships with your peers from across the nation. The interactive sessions allows true discussion, learning and networking opportunities.

The Bariatric Centers Executive Leadership Conference is part of the 2nd Healthcare Centers of Excellence Summit, which also includes the Neuroscience & Stroke Centers Executive Leadership Conference. Attendees may register for a single track or the Summit as a whole and attend both tracks.
Conference Date: Nov 08-09, 2012
Venue: The Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers, Boston, MA
