Analytical Technology Wins Best After-Sales Service Award at WWEM 2012

Analytical Technology Inc. announced that it has been awarded the Best After-Sales Service award from the IUG (Instrument User Group). The award recognises Analytical Technology’s commitment to exceeding its customers’ expectations.

Leo Carswell of WRc, presented the award at WWEM, which took place from 7th-8th November 2012 in Telford, Analytical Technology received recognition from the IUG members for outstanding after- sales service.

The IUG, which is run by the WRc (membership is open to all UK Water Companies) provides a framework to bring water company users together to exchange information and best practice on water industry instrumentation, including analytical and physical measurement, as well as flow measurement in portable water and wastewaters.

Analytical Technology manufactures both water and gas monitoring instrumentation to help companies demonstrate compliance with the strict regulations outlined by the Environment Agency (EA) and EU Directives. Industrial companies in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and metal finishing sectors employ Analytical Technology’s instrumentation to monitor trade effluents to ensure that only safe levels of chemicals are released into the environment. The company’s wide range of water monitors includes dissolved hydrogen sulphide, pH, ammonia, dissolved oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, residual sulphite and several chlorine monitors.

Mike Strahand, General Manager at Analytical Technology Europe expressed the company’s enthusiasm with the award win, saying, “It is a great honour to win an award that recognises our commitment to our customers and dedication to providing a long standing service in our relationships.” He continues, “ATi are dedicated to providing an excellent customer service to our current and future customers and are committed to meet all of our customer requirements as soon as possible.
