IMB Conference 2012 - DNA Demethylation, Repair and Beyond

18 Oct 2012 - 21 Oct 2012 - Mainz, Germany

Bookmark and Share

Importantly, this conference is the first major meeting on DNA demethylation and the first to bring together leading epigeneticists with DNA repair specialists.

The conference will take place from Thursday 18th until Sunday 21st October. The majority of the time will be dedicated to plenary lectures from the invited speakers as well as short talks. Short talks will be invited based upon submitted abstracts and speakers will be chosen to ensure the topics presented are at the cutting edge of research and are complementary to the plenary lectures. The talks will be complemented by poster sessions where selected participants can present their research.

The schedule also includes social activities, such as a welcome reception, meals and coffee breaks as well as an afternoon sightseeing excursion. These will ensure that there will be opportunities for informal discussions and networking.
