The 2nd International Conference on Genomics in the Americas will bring together the unique strengths of two world-class institutions - BGI and University of California, Davis - to provide a powerful platform to share ground-breaking research in basic and applied genomics and to advance new approaches to sequencing and bioinformatics.

Scheduled for September 12 - 13, 2013 in Sacramento, CA, ICG Americas-II is modelled after BGI’s International Conferences on Genomics held annually, since 2006 in China. It is regarded as one of the top scientific gatherings that features recent developments in genome sciences. The conference is uniquely formatted to maximize opportunities to interact directly with other genomics industry luminaries, scientific thought leaders, key decision makers, top pharmaceutical executives, and influential policy makers.

The conference, co-organized by BGI and UC Davis, will provide a platform to share ground-breaking research in basic and applied genomics and to advance new approaches to sequencing and bioinformatics.

We welcome you to join in ICG Americas-II!
