New Artel site also features a monthly digest blog.

Artel has announced that its revamped website is now live. The site offers a comprehensive resource library of information on topics including pipette calibration, automatic liquid handling verification, tips for optimized pipetting operation, plus scientific articles and posters and case studies from Artel customers.

Improved navigation and functionality make the resource library a more valuable tool for lab managers and technicians in all types of life science, analytical, clinical, forensic, academic and public health laboratories.

The online resources address issues that directly affect the quality of laboratory data, providing guidance on topics such as meeting regulatory requirements, minimizing liquid handling error, determining accuracy of serial dilution protocols and how environmental conditions affect pipetted volumes.

The new Artel site also features a monthly digest blog on timely topics. The new digest format enables users to easily browse or search for information by topic or by month.

“We have redesigned our website from the ground up with the customer in mind,” explained Bernadette Danis, marketing manager for Artel. “The new navigation and functionality make it much easier to find relevant information including the new content we’ve added.

“The content we create and deliver is designed to raise awareness of the critical nature of liquid handling and the consequences of liquid handling error, and to help laboratories put systems and practices in place to ensure that they can always trust their results.”
