FastStart PCR Master - 10 x 5 ml

Product Description
Ready-to-use, double-concentrated one-component Hot Start master mix for amplification of DNA-fragments up to 2 kb by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).

FastStart PCR Master can be used instead of single reagents for nearly all hot start PCR applications. FastStart PCR Master allows you to immediately set up a PCR without time-consuming thawing and pipetting steps. This minimizes the risk of contamination and saves you valuable time for your research.

The FastStart PCR Master generates PCR products with 3'-single A overhangs; therefore, T/A cloning can be applied. Cloning in blunt-end vectors requires a polishing step in advance. FastStart PCR Master accepts modified nucleotides such as DIG-dUTP. Labeling with DIG-dUTP can be achieved by adding the modified nucleotide in a final concentration of 10 µM to the final volume.

Combine this master mix with our Transcriptor First Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit to achieve superior results in two-step RT-PCR.
