LabAnswer has announced that it has received a prime award for the Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) small business contract. CIO-SP3 is a ten year, multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $20 billion. "We are committed to helping government researchers accelerate science while reducing administrative burdens." states Mark Everding, LabAnswer Managing Partner. CIO-SP3 is an IDIQ Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) that is managed and administered under the direction of the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The contract is designed to provide for health, health science, and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements.
