New Enterprise Cloud Solution Simplifies Safety Inspections and Reduces Safety Risk

ChemSW, Inc. has announced a unique new Safety Inspection Live™, an enterprise cloud solution that enables users to perform safety inspections using the most popular mobile devices such as Apple® iPhones®, iPads®, Google® AndroidTM, etc.  By eliminating duplicate transcription processes and enabling users to enter inspection data at the time of inspection, Safety Inspection Live ensures greater data accuracy and more efficient inspection management and reporting.

Facility, Safety and Laboratory Managers can plan inspection schedules and points of inspection while inspectors can use a mobile handheld device to record inspection information directly to Safety Inspection Live.  Notifications of inspection findings and deficiencies are sent moments after the inspection has been completed, allowing corrective actions to be assigned and tracked to completion with automated audit trail tracking.

“Laboratory, facility and safety professionals have been asking us for a flexible, easy-to-use tool to help record inspections, track deficiencies, and report the results.  So we developed a software tool that enables them to use their inspection checklist forms in an electronic format and conduct safety inspections anywhere, anytime they want,” states Brian Stafford, President of ChemSW.
