AgileBio a provider of IT solutions for life sciences, has released a new version of its Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), a complementary application for its LIMS, LabCollector.

The ELN is a web-based solution, which is hosted on a user's server, enabling the management of all lab experiments, unlimited number of books, experiments and pages. The solution is used to store, organise, find and share a researcher's laboratory experiments. It can be applied in a variety of life sciences and other industries as well as in academic research laboratories.

The latest version incorporates a new a content editor and improves on existing features with an better user interface designed to be used more efficiently. It also includes grid custom fields, improved pdf printing, exports with a tree view summary, images and excel files integration and double signature/closing in pages with a signer authentification.

The new version of AgileBio's ELN includes all the features of previous versions which include a multilanguage interface, task time reporting, custom workflows, archive function and experiment transfer, diagram designer tool, integrated spreadsheets with templates feature, report arrangement, historic data/audit trail and author and witness page validation.
