Genesis Microsystems offers LAB-2000 LIMS. LAB-2000 systems are full-featured LIMS for small to medium sized labs. Cost ranges from $3,500 to $18,000.

LAB-2000 is a user-friendly Microsoft Access-based LIMS. It simplifies Laboratory Workflow tasks from sample login through data reporting. The system comes pre-loaded with environmental test batteries, sample matrices, and test methods. Genesis Microsystems customizes its LIMS systems to the lab's client list, and provides full custom reporting. They also have a full-time Help Desk, staffed with people well versed in laboratory operations.

LAB-2000 LIMS automates sample tracking, analysis scheduling, batch QC assignment, and results entry. LAB-2000 also generates management reports, QA/QC charting/graphing, fieldwork scheduling/billing, and a host of other features. Lab-2000's features include a quote generator plus full invoicing and accounts receivable tracking/reporting. Genesis Microsystems provides for bar-coding and instrument interfacing, to further integrate the laboratory's LIMS with its analytical instrumentation.

LAB-2000 systems come with 3 days of on-site training and "live-system" familiarization. In addition, Genesis Microsystems provides further customization through its support packages.
