CQT2000 is completely developed and managed by RDS Nordest, and includes customer requirement analysis, configuration, implementation, test and release to customers, with process activities completely in accordance with the ISO 9000 Norm.

Installation, start-up and training activities are performed in the customer premises directly by RDS Nordest team or by authorized distributors.

Many are the projects realized by RDS Nordest concerning integration between CQT2000 and both ERP software and software dedicated to the management of laboratory instruments.
