Určené pro: Začátečníci a středně pokročilí uživatelé qPCR Doporučené znalosti: Základy molekulární biologie Popis: Jedním ze základních předpokladů získání spolehlivých výsledků z qPCR experimentu je získání templátu s dobrou kvalitou. Ve většině případů to znamená efektivní přípravu vzorků. Tento kurz je zaměřen na extrakci RNA a DNA , které budou použity jako templáty pro reverzní transkripci a qPCR.
