15th Nordic Conference in Mass Spectrometry

20 Jan 2013 - 23 Jan 2013 - Lillehammer, Norway

Bookmark and Share

The aim of the conference is to provide a forum to encourage the exchange of ideas about recent research and state-of-the-art knowledge in the main areas of mass spectrometry. The main topics of the meeting will be fundamental mass spectrometry, lipidomics, biological macromolecules, environmental and doping analysis and instrumentation and applications. International invited speakers will give plenary lectures to present recent progress in these fields of mass spectrometry. The meeting is held in a typical Norwegian informal setting. We expect approximately 250 participants since our national winter meeting normally collects ca. 180 persons.

The academic program takes place every day after lunch. The time before lunch can be spent as desired, but is meant for meeting old and new friends and business colleagues. In addition, Hafjell is a perfect place for all sorts of winter sport activities. For those of you who are not very fond of such activities, it is also possible to take a gondola ride (gondolheisen) to Hafjelltoppen for a cup of coffee, while admiring the view, or rent an ATV from Hafjell Event.
