FlowSyn™ Maxi from Uniqsis – Scaling up your flow chemistry experiments has never been easier!

Product Image
Product Description

Increase your productivity to 5 kg+ per day with the FlowSyn™ Maxi from Uniqsis!

The FlowSyn Maxi is a versatile and highly productive continuous flow reactor for high throughput single reactions with two reagents. With a flow rate of up to 80 ml/ min and the option to use Uniqsis’ high capacity (60 ml) coil reactor, the FlowSyn Maxi is the ideal scale-up tool for increasing your output to multi kg per day.

The high resolution FlowSyn user interface quickly guides you through the process of setting up your desired flow chemistry reactions. Once set up, the system automatically runs the experiment and cleans itself at the end of the program cycle. Comprehensive safety features, including automatic pressure regulation and over-pressure shut-down, ensure safe operation at all times.

With its key flowpath components made of stainless steel, the FlowSyn Maxi is a highly robust system capable of operating at 260°C, 1400 psi, and withstanding contact with corrosive fluids such as sulphuric and nitric acid. Other flowpath options (such as Hastelloy® and PTFE) are available for maximum chemical compatibility.

Uniqsis offers extensive “plug and play” options for temperature controlled static mixers and coil reactors, including the FlowSyn 60 ml coil reactor kit specifically designed for scale up.

The high-throughput FlowSyn Maxi can be expanded with the Uniqsis Binary Pump Module (BPM) to provide 4 reagent inputs and with other FlowSyn modules for automated multi-experiment and multi-step combinatorial capability. Optional cooling modules, with cooling capacities down to -88°C, are available for controlling highly exothermic reactions.

If you are looking at improving the output of your flow chemistry experiments, consider the FlowSyn Maxi from Uniqsis. Scale-up has never been easier!
