Burke will have responsibility for operations in servicing customers in the clinical, late phase and mHealth fields.

As Vice President of Operations, the full operations team at Exco InTouch, including project management, support and logistics will report to Burke. Based at the company’s Nottingham office, he joins the senior management team and will report directly to the CEO, Tim Davis.

Burke brings over twenty years experience in clinical research within the pharmaceutical and technology service provider sectors, having previously held positions in Bayer, ClinPhone and PAREXEL.

Burke is a Certified Project Management practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Specifically, he has strong experience in building operational delivery and project support teams and achieved fourfold growth for a clinical technology business over just four years.

Burke comments: “I am very excited to be joining the Exco InTouch team. This company is at the forefront of the drive to use mobile and digital technology to improve the clinical research and healthcare experience for patients. I am looking forward to leading the operational team to ensure processes and business operations are aligned to deliver programs that exceed customer expectations.”

We offer a range of products across the patient continuum so scale, turnaround and customer satisfaction are paramount. Consequently, utilizing the skill sets that Laurence posseses is a huge asset both to Exco InTouch, and of course our customers.”
