LAB INNOVATIONS is an exciting new show in the market, launched in October 2011, and is the UK’s only trade show dedicated to laboratory technology and consumables, analytical and biotech equipment for the chemical industries, life sciences, food & beverage and environmental sciences.

The response from both suppliers and industry bodies has been very positive, with the industry’s leading manufacturers already on the floorplan, as well as major associations including Gambica and Campden BRI supporting the event.

Michael Nicol, Director at Riva GB Ltd, commented: “We’ve been looking for this kind of event for a long time in the UK. Finally, LAB INNOVATIONS will deliver a great platform for us to exhibit, meet potential customers and learn from the live demonstrations.”

Sean Codling, Managing Director at CTS Europe Ltd, added: “Finally laboratory exhibitions are back in the UK! LAB INNOVATIONS will be a great opportunity for UK-based companies to showcase products for both domestic and export customers. easyFairs has some great ideas for profiling exhibitors like us and make the whole booking process very easy.”

Andrew Hayward, Director of European Operations at Broadley-James Ltd, also stated: “Finally we have an event fit for our industry. It's brilliant to see that Campden BRI and Gambica are supporting this event. We look forward to seeing a lot of good leads in November.”

Companies that have already booked include: 3M, Associated Laboratory Services, BioPharma Dynamics, Bibby Scientific, Bio Control Systems, Broadley-James Ltd, CTS Europe Ltd, ELGA LabWater, Foss, Greiner Bio-One, Merck, Monmouth Scientific, MSE UK, Riva, Sartorius, Specac, SteriTech, UVP and YSI (UK) Ltd.

Matt Benyon, Managing Director at easyFairs UK, said: “We are very excited about the response that we have had for the show to date. We invested a great deal of time and effort into researching the show market and format, and have come up with what we believe is a winning formula. Combining an easy format for exhibitors to take part with a programme of essential content for visitors will ultimately deliver a successful event which will deliver exhibitors exceptional return on investment and visitors an invaluable day out of their daily roles.”

LAB INNOVATIONS provides an invaluable platform for visitors to not only source new products and suppliers, but also touch, feel and test the latest product developments, and build their skills and knowledge through a programme of vital seminars. In collaboration with the Royal Society of Chemistry and Campden BRI, LAB INNOVATIONS will feature a well-researched conference programme with world renowned speakers for a mix of scientific and practical content. The latest techniques and products will be presented in a live demo area helping visitors discover new techniques. And the bravest exhibitors will be able to pitch their most innovative products to a panel of experts from the UK’s leading trade bodies in the Lions’ Lair.

Visitors to LAB INNOVATIONS will include scientists, laboratory managers, purchasing & financial directors and company directors from across the chemical industry, life sciences, food & beverage and research institutions.
