INTERPHEX to be held in 2013 in New York from April 23-25.

Wilden® has announced that it will be exhibiting in Booth No. 2463 at INTERPHEX 2013.

INTERPHEX annually brings together a wide variety of leaders from the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and will be held in 2013 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York, NY, USA, from April 23-25.

Recognizing the importance of hygienic/sanitary production of pharmaceuticals, Wilden has developed the Saniflo® Hygienic Series Metal AODD pump, which will be on display at INTERPHEX 2013.

Saniflo pumps have been specifically designed to meet the strict guidelines that have been established for sanitary process applications.

The pumps incorporate a straight flow-through design, the ability to handle large solids and other operational efficiencies to ensure hygienic-process success.

Saniflo pumps are available with specialized air distribution systems, such as the revolutionary Pro-Flo X™ Air-Distribution System (ADS), which offers operational flexibility through its Efficiency Management System (EMS™).

The EMS allows each pump to be finely tuned by adjusting the air volume at the pump inlet with a variable control dial.

Saniflo pumps are shear-sensitive, self-priming, and dry-run and deadhead capable, with various surface finishes.

The pumps also offer the versatility of either clean-in-place (COP) or clean-out-of-place (COP) sanitation for ease of use and maintenance.

Wilden Saniflo pumps currently meet or exceed the regulatory standards that have been established by the FDA, USDA, 3A, EHEDG and ATEX.

Saniflo Hygienic Series Metal pumps are available in four sizes from 25 mm (1”) to 76 mm (3”), and feature flow rates to 918 L/min (243 gpm) and can handle solids to 76 mm (3”).

These pumps are offered in 316L stainless steel. A variety of connection options are available such as DIN clamp, SMS and Tri-Clamp style to meet specific requirements.
