New flexible and efficient analytical instrument automation offers maximum productivity for laboratories.

Mettler Toledo has announced InMotion Autosamplers, a flexible and efficient automated sample changer for titrators, density meters and refractometers.

Designed for maximum throughput without sacrificing space, the InMotion Autosamplers are a fit for any laboratory needing to improve productivity.

Modern laboratory automation has high demands for a variety of samples and workflows. InMotion Autosamplers are designed to assist in every way for flexible workflows and efficient analysis.

Features of the new InMotion Autosamplers include:

A Fit for any Lab
Only 42 centimeters wide, the Flex and Pro series offer professional automation in minimal bench space. The Max series can handle more than 300 samples on one 57 centimeters wide sample rack. Adding peripherals and pumps takes no space.

Flexible automation for laboratory workflows
InMotion Autosamplers perform a variety of testing, cleaning and conditioning processes. Users can eliminate sample carry over with the PowerShower™ rinse system as well as a variety of powerful cleaning, rinsing and conditioning steps for sensors.

Modular and tailored sample manipulation
InMotion offers more tailoring to sample processing. Automatically add and remove reagents with a wide range of pumps and functions. Use the CoverUp™ Lid Handling system to protect operators from volatile and odiferous solvents and reagents as well as protecting samples from the atmosphere or possible evaporation. The new water bath racks can simultaneously temperate the entire rack of samples.

Secure and efficient weighing with SmartSample™
Remove transcription and ordering errors as well as improve efficiency with the new SmartSample RFID technology workflow. Identify and weigh titration samples at an Excellence Analytical Balance with the SmartSample kit and the sample information is automatically read by the InMotion Autosampler. Additionally, use LabX® 2014 Titration software with SmartCodes to analyze a rack of different samples requiring different methods with just One Click™.
