1by1 Y2H and Interaction Domain Mapping

Product Description
This service will allow you to test whether 2 candidate proteins interact, to compare and quantify the binding to wild type, isoforms or mutants proteins, to precisely map interaction domains or to illustrate interaction data with solid growth assay pictures.

Our offer includes :
- Scientific assistance from our yeast two-hybrid experts for the design of the bait and prey constructs
- Cloning and full sequencing of the bait and preyconstructs
- Technical feasibility test (Negative controls: bait and prey tested against empty vectors, Positive control: provided by Hybrigenics)
- His3 semi-quantitative solid growth assay
- Quantitative liquid ß-galactosidase -based colorimetric assay
