Aquarius Spectrophotometer

Product Description
The fully symmetrical double beam system of the Aquarius instruments provides the highest accuracy of measurement coupled with very high stability with time. Both sample and reference beams are provided with the same space facilities, thus catering for the widest possible range of experimental requirements and not limited to just a simple cell in the reference beam.

Functions include reflectance and gel scanning, self test and calibration, calibration curves, multi wavelength measurements, cell and wavelength programmes, kinetics, wavelength scaning, up to 4 th order derivatives, band areas, sequential scans and complex formula. Available sampling accessories include standard cells, 5, 10, 300 microliter cells; 5 and 50 microliter cell holders; peltier and water thermostatted holders; 4, 6 and 8 cell changers; cell path lengths to 100 mm, sipette and batch sampling.
