Low Volume Measurements BMG LABTECH´s proprietary LVis Plate is a low volume measurement microplate that incorporates performance testing features along with a horizontal cuvette holder. The LVis plate is designed to be used a BMG LABTECH spectrometer-based microplate reader.
The LVis Plate is equipped with sixteen low volume positions for quick and easy measurement of samples (2µL). It also incorporates an 8-channel pipette support, making pipetting easy for both left-and right-handed users. Due to the quick clean surface, it is easy to wipe off and prepare for further measurements.
Software features include automatic sequential blanking of each microdrop well and a cleanliness test to tell when the plate needs to be cleaned.
Additional Features The horizontal cuvette placement holder allows for standard rectangular cuvettes to be measured. Optional quality performance features such as NIST traceable O.D. filters and a holmium oxide standard ensure proper functionality of a spectrometer-based instrument.
