Although this two-day course is ideally suited to analytical chemists and laboratory managers in GLP/GMP regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, biotechnology, cosmetics, and food), the course is for everyone who is presently using LC/MS and must understand and evaluate data from LC/MS analyses. Every chemist developing LC/MS/MS methods in any industry, agency or school must take a systematic approach to ensure valid methods and the quality of their results. What you’ll learn: • How ions are formed in the LC/MS interface and what happens to them in the mass spectrometer • How to make the best use of mass spectral data • Key steps to develop and optimize an LC/MS/MS method • How to design an LC/MS method with validation and system suitability in mind
