ReproFF2 is a new, improved feeder-free medium for human ES/iPS cells. Unlike conventional culture media that requires changing on a daily basis, ReproFF2 needs culture maintenance only three days a week, with no compromise made to the quality of the cells. Change the medium on Monday and Wednesday, passage the cells on Friday. Consequently, the cost and amount of medium used are halved, feeder cells need not be prepared, and the culture need not be cared during the weekend.

ReproFF2 was developed in collaboration with leading stem cell scientists for trouble-free, reproducible maintenance of ES and iPS cells. ReproFF2 has been developed to reduce the number of steps in the workflow and is in a highly convenient ready-to-go formulation. Just warm up, add bFGF*, and ReproFF2 is ready.
