DASGIP Parallel Bioreactor Systems for process development with animal and insect as well as with human cell lines allow for advanced process control and automation.

Precise control of all relevant process parameters, user-defined profiles and innumerable automation features result in accelerated and highly efficient process development. Industry-leading communication standards support DoE, process historians and comprehensive data management.

Individual systems can be configured with assorted components and software functions to meet specific application requirements:

  • Parallel operation of four, eight or sixteen bioreactors
  • Excellent growth of e.g. CHO, Hybridoma and NS0 cell lines
  • Excellent scalability and reproducibility
  • Support of high cell densities up to 2x10^7 cells per mL
  • Small footprint achieved through using compact stackable modules
  • Predefined recipes for standard applications
  • Full controller scripting for easy scale-up and scale-down
  • Variable speed pump drives
  • Continuous and cyclic perfusion templates
  • Overhead drives
  • Individual temperature control via Heating Blanket and/or Cooling Finger
  • pH control using acid and base or CO2 and base
  • pO2 control with constant gassing or gassing on demand
  • Individual gas mixture from Air, O2, CO2 and N2
  • Thermal Mass Flow controlled gassing
  • Cascaded pO2 control using gas flow rates and oxygen enchrichment
  • Gassing to headspace, sparger and/or overlay
  • Level control and/or anti foam sensor
  • Optional integration to bioprocess analyzer, cell counter, HPLC, etc.
  • In-situ cell growth monitoring (optical density)
