MSL team leaders are continuously looking for new ways in which to effectively build, motivate, and retain successful MSL teams as well as solidify methods to measure the effectiveness of MSLs and the true value they bring to the organization. MSLs are constantly evolving with ever expanding roles and need to hone field skills, learn new strategies, and work more cohesively with internal and external stakeholders is critical.
