Built for HTS, Biotechnology, and Core Academic laboratories, this high-end HTS microplate reader comes with advanced, Direct optic top and bottom reading, reagent injectors for performing fast kinetic assays at the point of measurement, and dedicated lasers for TR-FRET and AlphaScreen® measurements. The PHERAstar FS will outperform most microplate readers in every HTS detection mode in
speed and sensitivity. It is the gold-standard for all HTS microplate readers.

• Direct Optic top and bottom reading with 0.1 mm Z-axis focus
• High-resolution cell layer scanning

• UV/Vis absorbance CCD-based spectrometer
• 3456-well compatibility

Automation
As automation is a key feature in High-Throughput Screening, the PHERAstar FS was designed with a small standardized microplate reader footprint for easy integration into all leading robotic systems via DDE or ActiveX interfaces. For medium level throughput, BMG LABTECH offers a 50-plate Stacker for use with the PHERAstar FS and all other BMG LABTECH microplate readers.

Software package
The PHERAstar FS license-free software includes the PHERAstar Reader Control and the MARS Data Analysis software. This highly intuitive software provides limitless possibilities for test set-up and data analysis, while also offering a Quick Start shortcut and calculation templates for running routine tests and data analyses.
