The PHERAstar Plus provides uncompromising sensitivity, speed and dynamic range for all HTS assays. Not only does it support endpoint readings, but it is also capable of kinetic measurements and well scanning in all microplate formats up to 1536 well.

Whatever the HTS application, the PHERAstar Plus will do it. The PHERAstar Plus offers full modularity in all modes and features Advanced HTRF® / TR-FRET, Advanced Luminescence, Advanced AlphaScreen® with laser, and Advanced Fluorescence Polarization (FP). All FP, FRET, TR-FRET, and BRET assays will benefit from one of the key features of this compact and versatile instrument, Simultaneous Dual Emission (SDE) detection. SDE greatly enhances assay results and read times.

Assay flexibility is further enhanced by precise temperature control and multi-mode shaking capabilities. Sequential dual excitation, Simultaneous Dual Emission and ratiometric calculations are important features for multichromatic applications. Pre-installed optic modules for specific applications can be activated by a simple mouse click and all the necessary components are selected automatically.

Robot Compatibility
The PHERAstar Plus can be incorporated into a wide array of robotic systems via DDE or ActiveX interface. For mid-throughput plate handling, BMG LABTECH offers the 50 microplate Stacker with an integrated barcode reader.

Software package
The PHERAstar Plus license-free software includes the PHERAstar Reader Control and the MARS Data Analysis software. This highly intuitive software provides limitless possibilities for test set-up and data analysis, while also offering a Quick Start shortcut for running routine tests and MARS calculation templates for routine data analyses.
