Leatherhead's two-day Everything European course aims to provide delegates with comprehensive coverage of the principles and application of current and upcoming EU Food Law. Day 1 covers an introduction to the different European institutions and how they work together to decide and create food policies, key areas of EU food law such as the general principles of food law, food safety and hygiene, food additives, flavourings, novel food approval, GM foods/ingredients declaration, food packaging, food contaminants and pesticides.
