As World Café Moderator, Lajos Molnar, IT/IS Contract Manager Europe, at Anheuser-Busch InBev N.V. / Hungary, gives a short introduction on his specific topic "Theory vs. Practice when Implementing Licensing Models in Virtualized System Environments". Afterwards he discusses the main future challenges for SAM/SLM, such as building an effective mobility strategy on licensing needs or how to align an effective asset- and license management to the needs of a mobile enterprise.

Alastair Knight, SAM Operations Manager at BP plc. / UK will chair the "Mobile Devices Café". He focusses on how to build a compliant SAM/SLM for mobile devices in international companies in general and debates specifications, for example the challenge of providing software for an international mobile workforce. In addition to that, he will explain aspects of the BYOD concept ("Bring your own device") such as independent authorization management and other legal issues.

Pablo Casco, Enterprise Application Portfolio Manager atBaker Hughes Inc. / USA, illustrates the "Return on Investment" (ROI) in his Case Study "Quantifying ROI: Building the Business Case for IT and Software Asset Management" and explains its effects on his daily work at Baker Hughes. Furthermore, he will explain the following improving savings and processes by keeping an eye on the ROI.

Rajiv Gupta, Senior Manager, Business Process Lead - Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) & SAP Security at Coca-Cola India Ltd. / India is a global Risk and controls executive and has extensive multifunctional experience. He will speak on introducing new SAP software at Coca Cola India by outlining the approaches, structures and ways for successful implementation.

Michael Baumann, Vice President Infrastructure & Service Management at DHL Supply Chain / Germany, has over 20 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, financial and logistics companies. He will comment on experiences he made by introducing license management in over 54 countries around the world and its resulting benefits for companies. Finally he will also highlight managing stakeholder expectations and constant improvement.
