Higher Productivity Liquid Handling

INTEGRA to display liquid handling systems and consumables at SLAS 2013.

INTEGRA has announced that it will be displaying liquid handling systems and consumables designed to increase users productivity at SLAS 2013 - one of the world's largest laboratory automation and screening trade shows.

Visitors to SLAS Booth 520 will have the chance to see and discuss INTEGRA's latest liquid handling products including a new handheld 384-channel electronic pipette, a multifunctional rapid reagent dispenser, a range of electronic pipettes offering variable tip spacing and a new extended length pipette tip that offers improved labware access.

At this important event INTEGRA will launch the VIAFLO 384 - 384-channel handheld electronic pipette.

The new system is capable of both 96- and 384-channel pipetting and therefore the ideal instrument for users already working with 384-well plates or looking to generate higher productivity from their microplate applications.

Also on display will be the VIAFLO 96 - the market leading 96-channel handheld electronic pipette that enables fast, precise and easy simultaneous transfer of 96 samples.

The VIAFLO 96 has been designed to be used just like a standard handheld pipette. Therefore, no special skills or training are required to operate it.

INTEGRA’s full range of single, fixed and adjustable spacing electronic pipettes will also be featured at booth 520.

Available in 4, 6, 8, and 12 channel models with a variety of volume ranges, the VOYAGER electronic pipette uniquely enables pipette tip spacing to be adjusted at the touch of a button.

This allows the VOYAGER to accelerate the transfer of samples between tubes, plates, and a variety of additional labware.

Offering improved labware access INTEGRA’s new LONG GripTip pipette tip is designed to work with single, eight, twelve and sixteen channel VIAFLO electronic pipettes and VOYAGER eight and twelve channel adjustable spacing electronic pipettes.

The extended length design enables easy access into labware types such as 1.5mL tubes and deep well blocks. The extended length design also reduces PCR cross contamination as the elongated tip prevents the pipette shaft from contacting the wall of the PCR tubes.

INTEGRA GripTip pipette tips, in tandem with VIAFLO pipettes, create a unique system that ensures users pipette tip will never loosen, leak or fall off again.

For labs tasked with a range of liquid handling tasks the VIAFILL offers no-compromise operational capabilities including high performance bulk reagent dispensing, multichannel pipetting and microplate washing capabilities all from a single multifunctional instrument.
