Advion Forms Distribution Agreement for Spain, Portugal and South America

Advion, Inc. announces a distribution partnership agreement with the KONIK GROUP of Spain for its expression Compact Mass Spectrometer systems.

The partnership allows KONIK to leverage its 35 year history in scientific instrumentation business and sell, service and support Advion’s Compact Mass Spectrometer (CMS) systems in Spain, Portugal and South American countries (with the exception of Brazil).

“The expression CMS has seen tremendous growth in its first year, and our strong global distribution network has played a key role in identifying regional scientific research leaders as well as to promote the product in the most valuable and dynamic applications,” says Vijay Gupta, Vice President International Business Development and Support. “We have received significant market pull from Spain, Portugal and South America, and KONIK is a well-respected partner in these areas allowing prospects and customers to have a local support network available to assist them in a timely manner. Konik’s long history in LC, GC and MS innovation, rounded by their recently patented Multidimensional HPLC+GC-MS platform, as well as their superb knowledge of organic and analytical chemistry make them a uniquely qualified partner”.

The distributor partnership agreement allows KONIK exclusive marketing, sales, service and support of the expression CMS systems with added support from Advion’s European team and global staff.
