Bibby Scientific Ltd has announced that it will be exhibiting the latest innovations from Electrothermal, Jenway, Techne, PCRmax and Stuart at ArabLab 2016, Stand 134. The largest annual tradeshow in the world for laboratory science and instrumentation will run from the 20th to the 23rd March at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The new Jenway portable pH meters, models 550 and 570, will be launched at the show. These meters can be used in the field to perform accurate pH and temperature measurements, removing the need to take samples back to the laboratory for testing. The new Jenway 7200 visible spectrophotometer, due to be launched May 2016, will also be showcased. The 7200 spectrophotometer leverages diode array technology to measure the whole wavelength range simultaneously. With a colour touchscreen user interface, small footprint and capability to save results to USB memory stick, this spectrophotometer is an ideal addition to any laboratory.

Electrothermal’s Integrity 10 Reaction Station will be on display on stand 134, with a rare opportunity for visitors to see the unit first hand. The Integrity 10 Reaction Station can conduct ten different reactions simultaneously in one unit, each reaction being conducted within its own cell, at its own individual temperature and stir-rate. The Techne Prime Pro 48 real-time qPCR cycler will be featured at the stand. This PCR system features the highest thermal block uniformity and the fastest run time of any block-based qPCR system on the market.

The PCRmax Alpha cycler range will also be on display. Both the Alpha Cycler 1 and 4 run a HD Quad Core Android tablet interface with features aimed to enhance the user experience, including first run optimisation and secure user-specific programming. Bibby Scientific will also be previewing its new Stuart automatic melting point apparatus and showcasing a selection from the Stuart range of hotplate stirrers, incubators, rockers and shakers.

“We provide market leading instruments from internationally recognised brands that have reputations for product quality and high performance. This exhibition gives customers the opportunity to learn more about the products and services we have to offer and also gives customers the chance to use them,” said Rob Skehens, Marketing Director at Bibby Scientific.
