Accelrys has announced that SciTegic, the platform and solutions division of Accelrys, has received the highest customer satisfaction ratings measured last year by independent customer research-based consultants, TNS Prognostics.
Through extensive surveys of over 250 customers, the study concluded that the SciTegic Division had 99.1% satisfied customers and the highest customer loyalty scores seen by TNS last year.
The importance of overall product quality was confirmed by users of the SciTegic scientific operating platform with 77% of respondents citing the quality of the product as the leading reason for their favourable reference.
Discovery Studio® 1.6, the most recent version of Accelrys’ suite of life science modelling and simulation tools for lead discovery and optimisation includes the integration of the scientific operating platform.
The combination of Discovery Studio 1.6 and Pipeline Pilot provides the ability to create and manage computational protocols that capture and automate data processing routines.
