In order to broaden the range of multiplexing options available for next generation sequencing, Bioo Scientific now offers NEXTflex™ Dual-Indexed DNA Barcodes, which are designed for multiplexing of up to 192 samples.

These barcodes are ideal for high-throughput automation, dramatically increasing scale while minimizing cost by providing for the pooling of up to 192 samples.

The NEXTflex Dual-Indexed Barcodes can be used to multiplex genomic DNA, RNA and ChIP sequencing libraries, including those produced by Bioo Scientific’s NEXTflex Rapid DNA-Seq Kit, which yields high-quality DNA-seq libraries in less than two hours.

The NEXTflex Dual-Indexed DNA Barcodes allow users to pool multiple library preparations in a single flow cell lane. The indices are designed to be sequencing error resistant and allow for consistent and proper differentiation between samples.

Each set of barcodes has been functionally validated with Illumina sequencing platforms. For users who require lower-level multiplexing, Bioo Scientific offers flexible single index barcode options supplied in sets of 6, 12, 24, 48 and 96 unique barcodes.
