The premier image acquisition and analysis software for high-content screening, enabling both novice and expert users to set up hundreds of assays using a simple, intuitive interface.

The MetaXpress Software is ready for HCS. With an easy-to-use acquisition wizard and the fastest autofocus, virtually any sample can be set up and acquired in minutes. The pre-packaged image analysis application modules help both novice and expert users set up hundreds of assays. These application modules can be complimented by the MetaXpress® PowerCore™ High Content Image Processing Software to accelerate image analysis speed, make sure image analysis is never a bottleneck in the race to identify "hits", and meet the needs of the biggest multi-instrument facilities. Data transfer within the HCS workflow is facilitated by multiple integrated tools such as robotic integration, management of image and data files with the MDCStore™ Data Management Solution and data QC, visualization, and mining with the AcuityXpress™ Software.

Built upon the industry leading MetaMorph® Software, the MetaXpress Software incorporates over 25 years of experience with cellular techniques and workflows. This enables going beyond the general limitations of classic software and including advanced image acquisition and analysis methods to any screen to make sure any assay can be automated even if it requires live cells, time-lapse studies, fluid addition, multi-dimensional acquisition, 3-D reconstruction, and more.
