Expand Reverse Transcriptase - 5,000 U

Product Description
Brief description: Expand Reverse Transcriptase (Expand RT) is a genetically engineered version of the reverse transcriptase from Moloney murine leukemia virus (M-MuLV RT). A point mutation within the sequence that encodes the RNase H activity reduces this activity below detectable levels. Therefore, Expand RT is more likely to transcribe significant amounts of full-length cDNA transcripts and to generate longer transcripts than the native M-MuLV RT.
