LC Carousel Centrifuge 2.0 (230 V)

Product Description
The LC Carousel Centrifuge 2.0 is used to centrifuge LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousels, containing PCR samples in LightCycler® Capillaries. After the capillaries are placed into the carousel, the reaction mix is pipetted into the polypropylene reservoirs of the capillaries, manually or automatically, using the MagNA Pure LC Instrument. The capillaries are sealed with stoppers, and the carousel is placed within the bucket into the centrifuge. After a preset centrifugation of 30 seconds, the LightCycler® 2.0 Sample Carousel can be inserted into the LightCycler®2.0 Instrument for sample amplification.
