CAQ=QSYS® LIMS

Product Description

IBS AG's CAQ=QSYS LIMS solution is applicable to raw material control, production inspection (including intermediate and final inspection, and control over outgoing goods. It supports traditional laboratory work with:

- The clear identification of the samples in the laboratory order
- A variable number of measurements to be acquired
- The unplanned inspection of characteristics/analysis
- The additional inspection of customer tolerances as well statistical process control (SPC) as the process related/production inspections with
- Maintenance of quality control charts
- Control of the process relevant criteria (also intervention and warning limits, trend, run)
- Documentation of errors, measures and causes
- Calculation of the process capability
