Integromics provides software solutions for genomics, proteomics and drug discovery. They specialize in data management and integration as well as intelligent data analysis and data mining.

Their ArrayHub LIMS solution is designed for gene expression data. ArrayHub stores, organizes and track information of all tasks performed with microarray experiments.

ArrayHub is a centralized data management tool that receives data from instruments, files and end-users and interfaces with data analysis tools to perform knowledge management tasks.

ArrayHub is fully implemented in Java and standard SQL. Features include:
