LabGEM

Product Description

LabGEM is a full featured LIS that can be purchased as an entire solution or broken down by module to provide the solution specific to any lab's needs. LabGEM allows for expansion as the laboratory expands. The system can operate on any client/server network. The software can accommodate a small laboratory of 4 or 5 workstations to a very large cluster laboratory using 500 or more workstations.

Offered with an onboard interface to any existing HIS, LabGEM integrates smoothly with the hospital’s patient database. It relates all hospital ADT transactions, order transactions, and detailed result information associated with each patient stay. Clinically significant changes may be readily identified. Retrieving results and monitoring the status of laboratory requests for a given patient is simplified.
