With over 50 years of expertise, NSG Precision Cells has perfected the Micro Focus Cell, which offers laboratories the most innovative and elegantly designed product on the market. With its unique features it not only supports all Z-Dimensions (8.5 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm) but it can be used in any UV-VIS spectrophotometer.

The Micro Focus Cell is the ultimate spectroscopy tool for applications where small sample sizes are needed such as DNA, RNA and protein analysis. The Micro Focus Cell provides pinpoint accuracy, unmatched repeatability and a minimalistic, ergonomic design that has been long sought after by researchers.
 
With fast and convenient access to the quartz micro-sample chamber, end-users can remove their samples with ease via our patented vertical sliding insertion and removal chamber. Unlike other micro cells, the Micro Focus Cell does not require time consuming assembly and disassembly or tinkering with caps, which risks spills that waste valuable time and money. Just slide the tray up into the loading position, insert your sample and slide the tray back down, locking it in place. Once it is inserted into your spectrophotometer, it allows a direct focus beam to illuminate your sample and get quick, reliable results without resorting to overly complex fiber optic light paths.

Our micro cuvette fits the standard 12.5x12.5mm spectrophotometer cuvette holder and comes standard with a sample chamber of 1.9 microliters. We are also able to provide sample chambers less than 1 microliter that can be custom ordered to fit your laboratory’s unique needs.
