ULTImate Y2H™

Product Description
ULTImate Y2H™ is an optimized version of the yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) screening technology that tackles most of the false positives and false negatives (Rain JC et al., Nature 2001, 409: 211-215). Our offer includes:

- Bait design, benefit from our experience and optimize your chances of success
- Bait cloning, with the newly created bait fully sequence-checked
- Small scale screen
* to test and overcome bait toxicity
* to test autoactivation and select the most appropriate screening conditions

- Full scale screen, to test 83 million interactions on average by cell-to-cell mating on the most complex domain libraries available
- 134 fully analysed positive clones delivered on average per screen
- Sophisticated analysis of the data
* sequence and identification of all positive clones
* confidence score attributed to each interaction
* delineation of the minimal interacting domain on each prey and comparison with functional and structural domains present on the protein
- A second screen at an higher expression level is performed when less than 20 clones are identified in the first screen.
