MBmate Y2H*

Product Description
MBmate Y2H* screen is a version of the yeast two hybrid (Y2H) system dedicated to the screening of integral membrane proteins. It is based on the Split-Ubiquitin system (Stagljar I et al., PNAS 1998, 95: 5187-5192) and is optimized with our patented cell-to-cell mating technology.

Our offer includes:
- Scientific assistance from our yeast two hybrid experts
- Determination of the orientation of the bait fusion (N or C terminal), choice of the library for the screening
- Cloning of your gene into the bait vector.
- A functional test to check for the correct localization of your bait in the membrane
- Screening of your bait against a cDNA library of your choice with our cell-to-cell mating technology
- Sequencing of up to 380 positive clones. We deliver the sequences of each clone together with the Blast analysis and information about the interaction and functional domains present in the prey proteins.
