Enable low abundant TH17 Cytokines; Powered by Singulex; High-Definition Erenna® Technology

Product Image
Product Description

Leveraging TH17 pathway biomarkers in chronic inflammatory diseases is highly challenging due to their low abundance. Recent research shows that detection and monitoring of TH17 cytokine concentrations can provide insights into disease progression and thus, cytokines have become attractive biomarkers and candidates for targeted therapies. These biomarkers are key members of the IL-17 signaling pathway, serving to induce and mediate pro-inflammatory responses in numerous immune mediated diseases, such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and asthma, among others.

Powered by Singulex; high-definition Erenna® technology’s powerful suite of TH17 pathway immunoassay kits, with LLoQ down to the sub picogram levels, offers researchers unique and novel insights, enabling quicker and more confident decision making. To Learn More:  Download TH17 Pathway Solutions!
