Hamilton's Microlab NIMBUS NGS workstation provides a completely automated solution for emPCR emulsion breaking, enrichment and sequencing primer hybridization for Roche GS Junior System. 

The GS Junior System brings the power of 454 Sequencing Systems directly to your laboratory bench top. Benefit from the same proven long-read sequencing performance as the GS FLX System, scaled to suit the needs of individual labs. Get comprehensive genome coverage with long 400 bp sequencing reads and quickly proceed from DNA to results.

Features

  • The REM e system module performs vortexing, vacuum filtration, magnetic bead capture and heating.
  • All liquid transfer steps are handled by the 1000 µL independent pipetting channels of the NIMBUS system.
  • REM e system protocol, GS Junior System, 1 Emulsion Tube per Run and REM e system protocol, GS Junior System, 1 Emulsion Tube, Breaking and Enrichment are available for Lib-L or Lib-A kits as fully automated methods.
